Join us for a celebration of women and girls in Howard County!
When: October 10th, 2016 from 4:30pm – 6:30pm
Where: Kahler Hall
The Women’s Giving Circle, a fund of the Community Foundation of Howard County, will host a celebration of women and girls in Howard County on Monday, October 10, 2016, from 4:30 to 6:30 pm, at Kahler Hall – registration opens at 4:15 p.m. We are celebrating the multiple generations of amazing women and girls in our community who are making a difference including Arlene Sheff and Kim Flyr who have devoted countless hours to the WGC response network. We are celebrating young women like those who are participating in Journey and JA Rising who are working to learn about self confidence, empowerment and leadership; and those of the Young Women’s Giving Circle that are so actively growing philanthropy among young women. Whether you are an active donor who has supported the WGC for years or someone who just wants to learn more . . . come help us celebrate the women of our community and our power to work together to make a difference.
Light fare and wine will be served.
The estimated value of goods and services received is $30 and that portion of the ticket is not tax-deductible.
